What is it about?

Our 'Swim4Words' is in aid of STROKE & TBI survivors with the communication disability 'Aphasia'.

Where will it take place?

At 'Everyone Active", Stratford Park Leisure Centre, Stratford Road, Stroud GL5 4AF

What day / time?

Saturday 27 June

Join the swim at ANY time between 5pm and 6.30pm

Can I participate?

Yes, if you are age 12+, and if you are able to swim unaided.

We welcome ANY age, but if you are under the age of 12 you must be accompanied by an adult

How much do I have to swim?

2 lengths or 100, 5 minutes or an hour - it's up to you!

Do I have to register?

Yes -

Do I have to pay to enter?

No -

However, we would ask you to make an effort to raise donations for AphasiaNow, from family & friends, work colleagues, your employer or business partner, neighbours, local businesses, your GP, you name it. The possibilities are endless ..

Will it be fun?

You bet! Almost all of us swimmers occasionally "tread water" for a chat and a laugh!

There will be an opportunity to share a meal afterwards.
