Whether we are sitting, lying, walking or eating we practice paying deliberate attention to what we are doing, as we do it, without judging or trying to change the experience.
This can give us breathing space to help us to change our habits, manage our busy lives more effectively, nurture our creativity and enhance our well being.
There are quite a few of us with some experience of mindfulness and lots of resources on the internet we can use, so come along to try it, to find out more or with an idea of something we can do.
At the moment we get together at 12 noon on Tuesday lunchtimes for about half an hour, in the green room if it is available !
