I had an awsome day visiting wotton and such friendly people greeting me. I do plan on arranging another visit to Bournstream somtume after the half term to see if mark could maybe give some ideas on the plans i have and maybe even come to matson to see the site which we have decide to build the park on. Thank you all for that day it truly did spur me on to get our community up to date in 2017 x

This is such a great story. Hope learning how to use computers opens many more doors.

Enjoyed reading your post, Katie. Thanks, you're so right, the way we see things makes all the difference.
To quote a fav. of mine from A.A.Milne
“Weeds are flowers, too, once you get to know them.”

yes I can relate to so much of what you have said Katie.
when I get home, or on a weekend I can only see what needs to be done - dusting, washing etc, When this is done I can then allow myself to relax which is obviously never!
My niece loves to come and stay with me, but has told me off may times for following the trail of dust like a hunter
I will definitely take a leaf out of your book and look for and enjoy the good things in my surroundings

I've always thought that weeds are under-rated and unfairly marginalised! Glad I'm in such good company.
And welcome to You're Welcome Katie. I look forward to reading more musings from Wotton-under-Edge
