I had an awsome day visiting wotton and such friendly people greeting me. I do plan on arranging another visit to Bournstream somtume after the half term to see if mark could maybe give some ideas on the plans i have and maybe even come to matson to see the site which we have decide to build the park on. Thank you all for that day it truly did spur me on to get our community up to date in 2017 x

Hi Maureen have no idea who else would be up for this? This was kind of reason for this post. There has got to be some way of reaching out to my local community but as yet nothing has come to light.

Hi Amanda great to see you doing something about an issue you feel so strongly about. Just wonder who else you could talk to who might be up for it?

Totally agree with you Amanda. Shall we try and set something up. Perhaps do a post on here to see who else is interested?

Thanks Marc & Richard, the people who come on the walks are really enjoying the company of the others and I'm really hoping we can build a lovely, supportive community through it. I am also teaming up with Mental Health Mates, a national organisation aimed at 'the we' - one in 4 of us suffer poor mental health at some point in our lives so it aims to talk openly and encourage an more inclusive society. By getting together in the fresh air for walks or jogs or a cuppa, healthy relationships can begin, especially if being in social situations makes you feel anxious, its a very safe environment. Please join us if you feel this is something that you'd like to try and do feel free to contact me if you'd like to have a chat before coming on one of the walks.

Thanks for the post! I studied at Pittville so I know the area well - it's really nice for walks. I've shared your post on the You're Welcome Facebook page to spread the news. You can see the post here: http://bit.ly/2kvttUy
